Booked hotel no room they kept my $344.70 now I have to pursue fraud investigations
1.0I booked it through Booking.com. I then received a phone call saying that they didn’t have any rooms. And that I had to find something else at 8 o’clock on a Friday night.
− They didn’t have a room. They took $344.70 for one night at this crappy hotel they took my money and then they called me to tell me that the connection with Booking.com was messed up and that I have to process a refund. Booking.com is blaming Holiday Inn. Holiday Inn is blaming Booking.com. All I know is they have my money and this feels like fraud.

3.0− Our toilet wouldnt flush and it over flowed. Took the lady a long time and 2 reqest for a plunger and more towels. My husbad had to turn off the water to the toilet and she held out door open and watched as my husband had to work on their toilet. We hadnt been in the room more than 20mins. Very unprofessional. Also asked if she could take all the wet toilet water towles. She said place them outside out door and she would come back by and pick up. Guess what was still there in the morning... the soaking toilet water towels. Not to mention when my husband opened the toilet top with was full of mold. Never once did she apologize or offer a different room or anything. By fast one of the worst experiences ive EVER had with a hotel.
