8.0It was new, clean, and comfortable. The location was great too, very close to campus. Would stay there again.
− The hotel was greatly understaffed. I felt bad for them as they needed help at the front desk and breakfast area.

Great stay and super friendly staff
10.0We arrived an hour early and we were allowed to check in and the room was so nice, don't need to bring any toiletries because it was all there. A makeup removal wipe was included and I was very pleased as I had forgotten my own and I don't like sleeping with makeup on. The bed was comfortable and everyone was very pleasant. Once we checked in I received a txt from the front desk asking if everything was in order, if the room was to our liking, and to let them know if there was anything else they could help with. I would stay here again anytime I am in Madison!
− One thing that was off putting was the water. From the faucet, when making in room coffee, the water had a taste that carried to my coffee. It happens to a lot of hotels I have stayed in, but if I have to say something bad, this would be it.
Good to know
The property will be under renovation until February 29, 2024 (completion date subject to change). Rooms and Public space will be affected. Our pool and fitness facilities will be closed during this time. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in.
