Unprofessional. Not the cleanest. But free shuttle

− We had to wait an hour for our room to be ready and we arrived an hour after check in time. The room was not fully cleaned once we were permitted in. There was a plate of partially eaten food on the window seal & remnants of food on the floor in multiple locations of the room. The elevator is out of service

3.0− Didn't like that the elevator was broke. Didn't like the bathroom door it is actually to heavy to open and close.
