2.0El barrio era agradable, no se sentía seguro, especialmente por la noche
− No se lo recomiendo a nadie. Totalmente sobrevalorado. No tiene nada de un hotel de 4 estrellas. Ventana y puerta de mala calidad. La ventana no cerraba bien, por lo que entraba mucho ruído día y noche, camión de basura, policía, ambulancia y bomberos (NY es una ciudad ruidosa). La puerta de la habitación tampoco cerraba bien. Se notaba porque entraba mucha luz por los laterales de la puerta. Se escuchaban portazos de otras habitaciones a las 3am o 5am. La remodelación es una chapuza lo mal que está hecha. El falso techo del baño mal colocado y muy sucio, lleno de polvo. Zócalos mal rematados, suelo con salpicaduras de pintura. Cuando limpiaban la habitación no limpiaban el polvo, en 10 dias que hemos estado no han limpiado el polvo de los muebles. Teníamos una habitación doble, pero solo había una mesilla junto a la cama ¿que sentido tiene eso? No hay nevera en la habitación. Hay que esperar más de 5 minutos, reales, para que el agua salga caliente. Hay noches de este hotel por 400, 500, 600, 700, 800$ que no los vale parq nada. He tirado mi dinero en este hotel.
Misleading descriptions, poor value for money, no cooked breakfast

− The pictures and room description had nothing to do with the room. I paid close to 900 USD per night and have a dark small room. The description suggested 450sqft. I think I have about 300sqft. It's clearly a case of misleading advertising

Clean but very basic hotel, across from a fire station (so very noisy).

− I was given two terrible rooms by the reception staff. The room was extremely noisy. There was no amenity kit (shower cap, cotton pads, etc. The shower pressure was anemic. There is no way I would rate this as a 4 star hotel.
