Convenient Location but Repeated Billing Issues and Dated Rooms
5.0We’ve stayed at this hotel several times, mainly because of its convenient location close to Redmond town and just a short 5-minute walk to the Overground, which makes getting around very easy.
− However, our experiences haven’t been entirely smooth. On more than one occasion, including this recent stay, we were incorrectly charged a deposit. Although the refund was eventually processed, the process was unnecessarily time-consuming and required repeated follow-ups, took us nearly 3 weeks to receive the refund, which was frustrating. The property itself is decent but shows its age, especially inside the rooms. Some refurbishment work has been done, but overall it still feels quite dated. Aside from the location, there isn’t anything particularly standout about the hotel.

Nice hotel, good central location, well-stocked kitchen and great breakfast.
9.0Nice hotel, with a good location. Walkable to most places you need including coffee shops, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. It had a good laundry, wifi worked well and it had a very good breakfast. It had a well stocked kitchen, which was very useful and quite unusual. Would recommend.
