Rude, discriminatory and demeaning
2.0First, Quality Inn will charge you a $200 cash only deposit for each room. This is NOT mentioned on the website or the confirmation email. When questioned the staff get really mean. We spoke to the manager via phone and would not budge. Manager is NOT ON SITE!! There is no way to get in touch with a manager other than the staff saying we are speaking to a manager on the phone. Sketchy. They do not accommodate disabilities. My parents were asked to leave because of the service dog. I had to beg to get a first floor room for my son with a broken leg who is non weight bearing (no elevator). The breakfast-if you can call it that-is the worst! We had to go other places and eat breakfast. Pool looked gross. Save yourself the headache and time. Book a different place to stay!

2.0We arrived at this motel with our service dog . We checked in, paid for the room. Before we could go to the room the motel staff wanted to see papers to prove our dog was a service dog . We didn't have them so we were told we had to leave . We left . After we arrived home I saw we were charged the 3 night stay plus a no show fee . We called the motel and asked if they remembered us . They said they remembered us. Manager won't talk to us. The motel hangs up on us when we call . Staff is very rude. Not a pleasant place
Don’t walk, run!
2.0We almost slept in the car! This place is disgustingly maintained. Filthy carpets. Musty and moldy in the room. The carpet was damp. Dehumidifier in the room did nothing. The health department should close this dump down! The owner, Mrs. Patel, was disinterested in helping us get into another room. Never ever again will I stay in this hotel chain.

10.0Clean and comfortable rooms. Great location near everything. The outside a little tired but all beach hotels are like this unless they’re brand new. Good vale for the money.
