1.0− When I arrived, this property was closed for renovations. There were no vehicles in the parking lot, electricity was shutdown and the entire property was abandoned. I was unable to reach this property by phone because the property was unstaffed and locked down. I was on the phone for three hours talking with booking.com and the property's reservation number. I am still awaiting my refund.

2.01. No heat in the room. 2. One brand of breakfast bar for breakfast and my coffee was cold on Day 2. 3. Window wouldn't shut completely. 4. I was told the room I had a confirmation number for was not available, and was moved and charged more. 5. Hair in the tub.

− Awful customer service, I had to wait about 30 min when I arrived because know one was at the front desk. The hallways smelled like trash. My room has old blankets. The bathroom tub was was peeling rust everywhere. Paint chipping. Ceilings in hallway have holes
