6.0Formerly the Sheraton. Staff were great. The property was dated. Someone jumped into the elevator who was not a hotel guest and propositioned me. Luckily he got off before I reached my room floor, but it was unsettling.

Pleasant hotel in good location.
8.0We stayed here for 5 nights around an international rugby match at Loftus Versveldt stadium. Great location for getting to the game and also right beside the Union Buildings and park. Also a short Uber ride from various good restaurants. Very good service and very friendly staff. The hotel is a little frayed but very comfortable and clean. Only complaint is the availability of wifi which was non existent in our room and patchy in the lobby, restaurant and other public areas.
