5.0The room was a nice size, with a nice central location
− The room wasn't cleaned well, the blankets (or lack of) were very, very thin! The beds had 2inches of dust under them, when we tried to check out there wasn't any staff to do so! We left hoping we'd get our deposit back whenever the staff got in to check our room!
No extras at this place bare minimum. You just sleephere
5.0− No coffee at all anywhere on site. No hair dryer in bathroom. Had kitchen with no plates or silverware or pans. No breakfast

5.0Staff was friendly and accommodating to a point. Microwave wasn't working they brought replacement. Provided coffee cups, but they don't sever coffee. Location was awesome; plenty of restaurants grocery stores and other places to shop.
− Manager inexperience in hospitality industry. Over booked rooms, canceled reservations for some guests even though reservations were done months in advance. Hotel rooms w/kitchenettes were nice, would've been better if they provided kitchen supplies ie: pots and pans, plates utensils and coffee pot etc. The staff told several guests that I was providing coffee for those that complained about there being coffee cups but no coffee available and even gave out my room #. I never said that or agreed to that.
