1.0I was supposed to have a room and pay at the property and when I got there no one was even at the business and they said I couldn’t get a room because I didn’t pay ahead of time so I had to find a room that was closer to the price thank god I found one just a block away

I’m $462.00 in debt. I payed by debt card.
1.0HomeTowne Studio’s didn’t have a room after my 1200 mile drive. Sent me down the road. Called Thomas in customer care Ext. 22. Wouldn’t give me re-embursement to find another place to stay. No more Book.com Poor customer relations. They had my money 2 weeks prior to my scheduled arrival. No reimbursement yet. No apologies. Sickening.
− They said previous tenant had destroyed room I was booked into.

− Bugs to start..1st night..then it got worse.....random substance left in cabinet by previous guest!! Then....fire alarm went off (3rd night) and they sprayed down the room w smoke coming from it....and guest taken away in ambulance bc of a bloody hand..all.at 2am.
Don't Stay Here
4.0Receptionist was very friendly. She called me ahead of time to let me know the office closes at 7pm.just made in time.
− Bear minimum amenities, noisy AC that wasn't very good at keeping it cool. Very dirty outside, I was afraid to touch the handrail going up the stairs. Nasty...
