7.0Somewhat quiet. Having a restaurant next door, shops were close by. Room was as expected for the price. Needs some work; electrical w the lamps, foot plate in bathroom needs to be put back on the wall, knats in the bathroom. Clean room, refrigerator, bed and kitchen area

6.0It was nice enough and comfortable.
− The stove caught fire from wires being wrapped in painters tape instead of electrical tape. It was very scary and sparks went flying. My partner and I had never experienced something like that before
