4.0− The elevator was dirty. The hallways had so many flies. The floor of our room had nailpolish and hair on it. Just felt dirty. Things were broken. No ice machine.
Property cancelled last minute and have not yet refunded
1.0− Property cancelled my room 24 hrs before arrival due to plumbing issue. No help rebooking or getting in elsewhere. Have yet to receive refund.
This place has potential, better house keeping and maintenance would reap rewards.
2.0Sheets were clean, bed was comfortable, good location for our needs, front desk attendant was helpful.
− Floors needed sweeping and mopping, toilet leaked, dresser drawers were dirty, kitchen area was very dirty, no kitchen wares to use kitchenette, no facial tissues, no hair dryer, no ice cube trays in freezer, bugs in the room, no hangers for clothes.
It was cheap
3.0Room does not look like photograph. We had a standard double bed that was comfirtable
− It was filthy. I don’t know when floor had last been washed as my feet were blackened with dirt when I stepped into the shower. The bathroom sink was blocked. No garbage can provided in second room of reservation. Elevator and laundry room both dirty. Overflowing packets of garbage in corridors. Noisy location nestled between I5 and a Harley Dealership which generated lots of noise.
Good to know
All guests are required to pay a $100 deposit at check-in. Deposit released at check-out upon room inspection.
Primary guests must be at least 21 years of age or older with valid identification at check-in. Active military personnel must be 18 years of age or older with valid identification at check-in.
Out of respect for our guest’s privacy, full housekeeping services are included in the price of your stay and offered once every two weeks, with a refresh in between.
