9.0The experience, customer service, accommodations, were all excellent.
− We do not feel that parking should have been an additional charge. The value would also gotten an excellent rating. Also, the morning breakfast didn't have any truly pork free alternatives for the protein. The chicken sausage is laced with bits of Pork fat according to the manufacturer's website. That, and the egg omelets having bits of ham wad most certainly our biggest disappointment and almost completely took the value of a free breakfast off the table.

− I didn’t like how the front desk people weren’t helping people out in order. Also the breakfast area is very crowded. The parking payment is ridiculous!! We were all over the city exploring & never paid a cent at any of the places, yet we had to pay at a hotel where we were already charged for the stay in advance a WHOLE separate charge for parking!!! I definitely wouldn’t be staying there again.
