9.0great, central location in zona romantica. the staff were extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly. the pool was really nice, and we enjoyed the view from the rooftop. the spaciousness of the room exceed expectations. overall an amazing experience, we truly loved this property.
− the shower door was difficult to open and close, and leaked water at the bottom. the room ac unit broke towards the end of our stay.

9.0Die Lage in der Zona Romántica war für unsere Bedürfnisse ideal gelegen. Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt. Danke und jederzeit wieder gerne.

1.0− Desastrozo Hospedaje. Nos adelantaron el vuelo y al llegar 2 a.m a su ubicación nos encontramos con un sector extremadamente peligroso. No nos permitieron estar un par de horas en una sala de recepción hasta que amanezca para poder estar seguros; prácticamente nos tiraron a la calle con todo el equipaje si no les pagábamos 2500 MXN. Inmediatamente lugareños nos colaboraron y conseguimos un lugar para estar seguros. Administrativamente es un desastre y el abandono al turista deja mucho que desear. Booking gestionó la cancelación por suerte. Cero recomendable. Mucho cuidado con lugares como este que muestran una realidad que no es en las imágenes.
