− Checking in was a mess, room wasn’t ready for hour plus and because I went outside gave away rooms to other people

− I didn’t like how messy and dirty the area was. When we went into our room it smelt like cigarettes, also in the rooms they’re were bugs on the walls
Disappointing - not what I would expect from Red Roof
4.0− The staff on arrival could not have been less helpful. I had booked & paid for a disabled access room, but nothing available. Despite trying to get this across, the staff member did not care. Later when I was struggling pu the stairs with bags, he did not offer to help, and only at that point did he mention an elevator - might have been useful when I was trying to get my disabled room!! I stayed 4 days. Not once were bins emptied, towels changed , or indeed any housekeeping at all. Aircon was extremely noisy

9.0Good location; friendly staff.
− Overall, this location was very good. The only (very) minor complaint I have is that the door to the ice room was a little bit difficult to open. Everything else was good.
