2.0Roaches everywhere. Black water was seeping from the floor. The AC unit has no cover on it. Smelled of mold. The trim was coming off everything. Tv didn't work. Neighbor had a dog. Woke up to a cat in my room.

2.0I made my reservation in advance and when I arrived they didn’t have any rooms. AND the listing on your site was still advertising openings for someone else to potentially purchase a room that isn’t available as well. I Need my refund from Hotels .com
