I’ve stayed at Red Roof Inn Edison several times over the years whenever I travel to New Jersey for business, and it’s always a reliable place to rest after a long day. One thing I’ve noticed with every visit is how hard the housekeeping team works. The rooms are consistently clean, and it’s clear that they put a lot of effort into making guests feel comfortable. I especially want to thank Lorena. She is always professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. She takes great care of every room and always greets guests with a positive attitude and a smile. Her kindness, attention to detail, and dedication really stand out and make each stay even more enjoyable. Employees like Lorena are a big reason why I continue to come back. The staff is really respectful.

I had an excellent stay in the Edison, NJ area. The location is very convenient, with easy access to restaurants, shopping, and major highways, making it a great choice for both business and leisure. From the moment I arrived, I noticed that the room was exceptionally clean. Although it was on the smaller side, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep every night. The room provided everything necessary for a relaxing and restful stay. A special thank you to Lorena for her outstanding housekeeping service. She was always friendly, professional, and attentive, making sure my room was impeccably clean every day. Her kindness, dedication, and attention to detail truly enhanced my stay and made me feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Edison, NJ area and would gladly stay here again

Absolutely nothing

− Everything was horrific. This location is neither secure nor appropriate for guests. It operates as a motel offering extended residential shelter to individuals experiencing homelessness. Its advertisement on Booking.com is deceptive and should be revised. Upon arrival, it gave a completely different appearance from the advertised photos. Firstly, the aesthetics of the building looked old and run down, secondly the lobby where the concierge was located wasn't made accessible to the guest wishing to check in. We had to speak to the gentleman working the concierge area through a plexi-glass who appeared extremely rude after having us wait at an unoccupied window for more than 10 minutes. We were finally given access to a room that was located on a 2nd level, only to be greeted by a resident who was standing outside his room visibly doing drugs. Concerned for my safety, I quickly entered a dingy, smelly, dimly lit room. The room reeked of a combination of Raid insect spray and marijuana with dirty lining on a sunken in bed. As a result of these findings I definitely refused to spend one more minute let alone a night there. Therefore I returned to the concierge area to quickly checkout only to wait another extended amount of time. During our wait in the lobby, we encountered an individual requesting monetary assistance. Upon declining the request, the concierge arrived, and I promptly informed him of my decision not to proceed with the booking and requested a refund. He advised that the refund request would need to be directed to the third-party booking platform. When I requested a receipt for the transactions, he declined, stating that the receipt would be provided by the third-party booking platform. I am very disappointed and would appreciate a full refund as we had to find other accommodation that was more suitable and more expensive.

− Todo!! Mala limpieza, la habitación olía mucho a cigarrillo y mariguana, las camas muy incómodas y viejas, cucarachas por todas partes, pisos pegajosos, las sábados con mal olor y viejas. Precio muy alto para como estan las habitaciones de deteriorado.
