− Loud, rooms really don’t have much soundproofing. Rooms are very tiny, and housekeeping was inconsistent.

8.0Beautiful view from my room! Gorgeously appointed. Very clean. Bed was very comfortable, loved the decor.
− Wifi was terrible and it was a real problem as I couldn't work, as planned. Restaurant was freezing cold, aircon on full blast.
Great Service, comfy rooms
9.0I had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were friendly and accommodating and did their best to fulfill all my requests. Any issues I reported were fixed quickly, which I really appreciated. I also requested a later checkout because I wasn't feeling well, and the staff were kind enough to accommodate that. I stayed in a corner room with a lovely view, and the bed was super comfortable. The bathrobe was a nice touch, and the room was cleaned every day. The location is good and vibrant.
− The only real downside was the lack of communication. I reached out before my stay and followed up afterward to request an invoice, but never received a response to either message. This was a bit disappointing, especially since the service in person was otherwise very good. Another thing worth mentioning is the area around Canal Street. It can feel quite chaotic and messy, which might be a bit overwhelming. However, once you step inside the hotel, the atmosphere feels completely different.
