− The cleanliness of the carpet in the room. Definitely could benefit greatly from being shampooed and a deep clean.

3.0It was close to where I needed to go
− My room was dirty . Broken sink the water constantly ran , smoke detector was hanging from ceiling , gave me moldy towel . I asked them to fix it and nobody came . They admitted to knowing that room had broken sink and smoke detector.
