The view is amazing .... everything else disappoints thereafter... lack lustre service, dated beyond belief rooms... but

Lovely hotel but badly run
3.0Lovely location and a nice pool with hot tub. The food was also very good. The hotel was lovely.
− We arrived to find out that only one of the two rooms that we booked was available. As it was booked through bookings.com and I had just paid for the first room, I could not get a refund so our son had to go and find another place to stay and we had to stay put. All at very short notice, it was a very stressful experience. The food at dinner was very nice but the service was dreadful. We stood up in the end after asking for the bill several times, finally they came over. The restaurant manager was very nice and didn't charge us for the meal. Also (!) The cleaning lady knocked on the door before 9am on the day we were checking out to clean the room. Clearly she wasn't told which rooms were checking out that day.
