1.0The lady that was sympathetic about the situation. It was front desk.
− When I arrived I wasn't able to get a room cause was told hotel was full.

1.0The door was locked and I was never given a room. You owe me money
− The door was locked. I never got the room. You owe me money!!
The only good thing about it was location. It was not nice at all other than that.
3.0The location although not that it was great just convenient.
− The room was dirty. I didn’t know that they charge you a $10 cleaning fee. I had to pay a cleaning fee for the next person I assume. Who paid my cleaning fee? No one apparently.There were toothpaste stains in the sink. Hair in the bathtub and a dirty wash rag hanging there. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work. There was hair on the bathroom floor, not mine. There were stains in the kitchen like ketchup splattered on the wall. Crumbs on the counter. Oh, and did I mention the guy peeing out front as I was leaving? Giving them three stars was generous. Overall, just a bad experience and will never go back.

10.0The staff was awesome. Jeremiah went way above and beyond my expectations. He needs to own and run that building. It is like a family there.

Housekeeping service is offered every 7 days. For stays of 7 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more, For stays of fewer than 7 days, a one‑time housekeeping fee of $10 may apply and is payable at the property.
Fresh towels and linen can be exchanged at the front desk at any time for a small fee.
Daily housekeeping services are available for an additional fee.
A valid credit card is required at check-in for payment. Cash is not accepted.
