− The hotel itself was outdated. Stains on the furniture, curtains, carpets. .First room(3rd fl) not properly clean and smelled of smoke.and bathroom was disgusting and toilet clogged. Clothes left in the room from previous guest Noisy and inappropriate things going on. Their excuse was it a room for smokers. We were moved to the second floor a little better but again the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. Very uncomfortable the entire stay. The staff interaction was good and she really tried to help us bur that's a bad situation to put the employee in.
