10.0A friend of mine has visited this Marriott in the past several times for conferences and has always been impressed with the venue and the staff. And I'd say the same was true for me. They'd recently remodeled the lobby and it's quite inviting — unlike many sterile hotel lobbies. I had no issues to address with the staff, but others attending the same conference said that anything they addressed was dealt with quickly and professionally.

− Everything was disgusting. First of all, they were doing a lot of construction, which had everything closed off. Also, everything in the room was gross. There was old food from the people before us. There was Hair left in the shower and all over the bathroom floor. Everything was so disgusting. None of it have been cleaned. Was not a good value at all.
Captured by a Conference
10.0The restaurants and staff were amazing.
− The beds were smaller than a queen and very uncomfortable. The rooms were the smallest I have rented and twice the price I normally pay. Getting in touch with the hotel prior to the conference was impossible and very frustrating. 17 emails and numerous calls,and never did reach a person working in Franklin.
