La ubicación

− Desde el check in, la persona que me atendió tenía una mala actitud, las habitaciones en condiciones deplorables, la limpieza pauperrima, las sabanas con muchisimas manchas y cabellos y olían bastante a humedad, casi ninguna luz funcionaba, había suciedad en todas partes, y lo peor fue que el techo estaba goteando y tenía una burbuja llena de agua justo a lado de la cama y al solicitar un cambio nos dijeron que estaban todos llenos, que podían ofrecernos cambiarnos de habitación pero que el único inconveniente era que NO servía el baño, ni que decir del "desayuno", ni siquiera tenía lugar específico para el desayuno, era a lado del front desk y solo era café y un pan, lo único rescatable es la ubicación pero de ahí horrible experiencia, no volvería ni como última opción.

The pool was clean and the outside of the building was maintained. Dee, she had amazing people skills, customers service was excellent! She worked efficiently and effectively. If not for her working with us, we would have left.

− When we arrived our room smelled heavily of smoke (I did ask for a non smoking room). The sheets on the sofa bed didn't look as if they were washed. The sofa cushions had unknown stains on them. We did bring up all these issues and Dee, who works the front was apologetic and very understanding, she gave us another room as quickly as she could.

Me gusto que todo queda cercas, las gasolinas, los supermercados, restaurantes, la atencion al cliente buena, la alberca limpia, aunque pequeña. El cuarto tenia cocina y refrigerador, limpio si, impecable no!

− En general esta bien, los muebles un poco viejos, aunque rente un cuarto en area de no fumadores al entrar olia mucho a cigarro. El sillon y alfombras muy manchados, los cubrecolchones manchados como de sangre, quizas lo limpiaron pero no quitaron del todo las manchados, sabanas sucias y con cabellos, una que otra cucarachita, pero pues donde quiera hay! Los pasillos calientes y la lavandería ni se diga el aire no funcionaba!

Staff friendly and helpful, dog friendly

− No coffee maker in room No hair dryer One towel only no hand or wash cloths Bed hard Fire alarm beeped and no one could change it, but tried. No maintenance on staff after 4 pm So she disconnected it which is all she could do. Train staff to learn how to change 9volts on fire detectors if you do not have maintenance there.

I would stay here again, especially at the price point, because it met my needs.

#1: the room a/c worked great #2: the room was clean #3: the front desk staff were friendly and helpful

− Since I had to book last minute, I ended up closer to the elevator than I would prefer, and at one point I heard loud guests and a crying baby; however, it was temporary.Also, the aesthetics leave something to be desired, but I wasn’t expecting a five-star experience. I basically needed a place to sleep. The appliances were dated, but I cannot speak with whether they were in working order, as I didn’t need them.

− That it was over..i was being compensated but by the time operator got hold her supervisor..last booking for othe hotel was sold out too😔
