10.0This place has an older exterior with updated interiors. I stayed on a weekend with nice weather and it is close to parks so it took a little while for people to quiet down. The a/c unit is a little noisy but temp was perfect anyways. My room had a sofa, coffee table, desk and fridge so plenty of room to spread out. Great value for price. Don't let lack of curb appeal dissuade you, it is nice inside and all the motels are next to each other, having the same neighborhood.

2.0It was the worst place i have stayed. Had to get air freshener to coverthe smell. Window was broken and the bathroom window handle was also broken and would not close.

6.0When we checked in, window was totally broken (inside window-outside window was fine) Front desk said “I know, but it’s inside. No problem.” I asked to change room, because we felt unsafe at all. We stayed another room, but we couldn’t understand why they gave that room to us.
