− Il rapporto con il prezzo 300 euro a notte per 2 persone è un prezzo assurdo per una struttura come questa che al massimo può chiedere la metà di questa cifra. È la prima volta che mi capita su booking estremamente spiacevole valuterò per il futuro se servirmi ancora di questo sistema

7.0The host is very kind, the breakfast was good, excellent location in the heart of the city.
− It was overpriced for the comfort offered. It was very, very noisy because of the festivals around, to the point that we could not sleep, infested with mosquitoes, and overall not comfortable at all. While the quality of the breakfast itself is nice, serving it directly to the table is not a sustainable approach. It leads to unnecessary food waste. Food served on the table can easily be touched or contaminated, meaning untouched portions end up thrown away rather than safely reused. A buffet-style setup where guests can serve themselves as they wish would be far more hygienic, practical, and eco-friendly. Overall, a frustrating experience just because we paid too much for no comfort.
Mooie kamer die erg schoon was, dicht bij het centrum!
9.0De kamer was mooi netjes en schoon, de bedden lagen heerlijk. De locatie was voor ons perfect, omdat je net buiten de drukte zit maar wel op loopafstand. De kamer is van buiten goed geïsoleerd en je hebt daardoor geen last van het geluid van buitenaf.
− In de ochtend konden we de voetstappen van de kamer boven ons horen.

9.0Es ist ein sehr persönliches Hotel, lediglich 7 Zimmer, dadurch war es vor allem auch im Frühstücksraum sehr gemütlich. Das Frühstück wurde sehr liebevoll angerichtet und war eine willkommene Alternative zum englischen Frühstück, das wir vorher im Urlaub erhalten haben. Wir hatten zwei Schlafräume in der Einheit, beide mit Klimaanlage. Die Klimaanlagen machten es sehr erträglich trotz der sehr hohen Temperaturen. Die Parkmöglichkeit im Haus zu haben, war super und hat über die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel gut geklappt. Die Lage ist herausragend, sehr innenstadtnah, in weniger als 5 min ist man zu Fuß im Zentrum von Gent, toll!
− Unser Zimmer lag im 3. Stock - ohne Lift. Da mussten wir ganz schön schleppen...
