Not the five star service we expected
6.0Great location for local transports. Clean and tidy room, pool and bar area. Cleaning staff 101% on point Reception staff really friendly. Life guard 101% on the ball. Bar staff….. slow, non existent. Pool/table service call system pointless as no-one ever comes. Roof top bar was always closed. Breakfast was slow service and long wait times for eggs or pancakes whilst the other buffet was empty and not restocked. Coffee is awful ! Club sandwich was really nice. Not the five star service we expected.
