Very poor by ibis standards.
4.0Very run down and tired hotel. I reported several issues to the staff who just said they are getting regular complaints. Apparently the hotel is due to change hands and awaiting a refurb. However the hotel is still in the hands of ibis which reflects on their standards. Unfortunately the standards are very low for the money paid. I will be contacting the head office for an explanation as to why the standards have slipped so much.
