8.0Staff helpful, supportive, and give high hospitality impression since you step in till you get your ride to next destination. The housekeeping and brekfast team do their best to meet your expectation. Thanks for the anniversary welcoming as the hotepl provide strawberry coated with chockolate appreciated. TV have multiple channels specially for football games PL & Champions league which is rare to find. Next to hotel you can find a bakery to grab something for snack or dinner (closes at 8 pm). Nearby resturants of myfair and 10 mins walk to new bond street. Short walk distance to hydepark and packingham palace. Tasty breakfast with vitamin shot drinks to start with. Thanks for the staff and hotel management.
− Breakfast not on a buffett style, just you can order 1 starter (bakery basket or fruit plate, granola bowl, shia seed pudding) and 1 main dish (omellet, bendict, avo toast with egg etc) would suggest to have a corner to provide green salads, fruits, youghurts, cheese, breads which will make guest to feel more comfortable once having breakfast. Taking high amont of deposit around 400 GBP, during check out they asked me to pay around 190 GBP as a service charges which was already paid part of reservation, after questionning they said its optional to pay what ever you want, by another question they said this is such as a tip to the hotel staff. I think if directly said its kind of staff support insted service charge cilould be better. Room smaller that expected as my reservatio was of 29square meter but the room givin was around 22 square meter even when i asked they said next time you need to book room facinf hydepark will be larger. The bed was not comfortable will give it 7/10 Thanks again for all the team and appreciate their hospitality.
