Très joli hôtel disposant d'un emplacement idéal
9.0L'emplacement était super. A cinq minutes à pied de la station de métro de Gloucester. C'est idéal. Le personnel était très sympathique et nous a toujours accueilli avec le sourire. La chambre était très confortable et disposait de tout l'équipement nécessaire à notre séjour. J'aimais beaucoup le côté rétro de sa décoration. Reception ouverte h24. Les omelettes au petit-déjeuner était payantes mais délicieuses
− Le petit-déjeuner continental était un peu sommaire. Nous avons également eu un problème avec l'eau chaude limitée dans notre salle de bain. Je m'étais attendue à une chambre un peu plus grande mais ce n'était pas si gênant

− We had a fake fire alarm at 5 in the morning. After 10 min of alarm and all the people gathering in the lobby, we were told everything is ok. Which was a relief, but quite stress having a child with me.

10.0Sehr nettes, aufmerksames Personal, leckeres frisch zubereitetes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer , die trotz der zentralen Lage absolut ruhig waren. Gute direkte Anbindung zum Flughafen und zur Innenstadt.
