2.0− Our room was never cleaned during our stay. I requested additional towels, but they were never delivered, and I had to call the front desk a second time to receive them. The pillows were also very flat and uncomfortable. When I asked about the lack of housekeeping service, the front desk staff was unable to provide an explanation as to why our room had not been cleaned. Even after I called to complain, the room still was not cleaned the following day.

− The HVAC was hard to control. We had a choice of either running the HVAC and being too cold or reducing the temperature and finding the room quite stuffy.
