1.0− The bathroom was disgusting. There was literally toothpaste still on the faucet handles from the last guest when they brushed their teeth. The bathtub was dirty. There was roaches in the room and the Wi-Fi did not work. And there were stains on the sheets.
My reservation didn’t exist in their system
1.0Nothing I couldn’t even get a room. They somehow erased my reservation!

− They charge for breakfast and put a 100 dollar hold on your card then can't get it back until 5 to 7 bays
