10.0Friendly staff clean rooms. Great energy would definitely return and Leslie was amazing.
There were guests smoking marijuana on our floor and my 16 yr old said he smelled it in our room.
5.0The breakfast wasn't that great. Watery eggs, not completely cooked bacon. We enjoyed the pancake machine

− Staff needs to be trained on how to charge through a 3rd party such as Bookings using Afirm. She didn't know how to process the payment and it took me awhile to redo the payment process. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job. Found hair when sheets were lifted at bed time. Some sheets had stains. Maintenance on bikes are needed for safety. One had a flat tire, another the chain came out when taking it outside. The check in time should be changed to at least 3pm. 4pm feels a bit to late in the day.
