− Price. It's Payson. For what you get overall it was pricey. Otherwise clean.
Good but could have been better
7.0The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the television worked. We enjoyed the inside pool and breakfast. The staff was pleasant.
− The internet was down for the two days of our stay. This was a problem as I often do work when traveling. The refrigerator in the room never seemed to get very cold and there was no freezer. I also travel with ice packs and I was unable to keep them frozen. The hot tub in the pool area could have been hotter. Overall it was not great, but decent.

− The hotel carpets were dirty and had holes in the hall ways. The third floor had a terrible smell. The pool was neon colored and was fizzy. Was the worst stay we have ever had... the room I rented didn't match the pictures online. The room was supposed to have a big nice tub with jets as shown in pictures.. thats false advertisement!
