Great for UC Berkeley students and hybrid car owners
7.0Location (walkable to restaurants and summer springboard campus), food quality was very good service was ok, they have free parking WITH volvo plug in for charging, we got the world cup on the TV in our room which was really nice and great view of the berkeley tower
− Customer service was that great, we had to request a room cleaning, only water besides bottled was in the gym, food was expensive, wifi intermittent, super small bathroom , photos in wall inappropriate for kids (blurred naked images etc)

10.0This is our third stay at the graduate and it’s great everytime. The staff are the best part aside from the food! Hallie was so sweet when we arrived and gave us the cutest little treat at check in and helped my husband print some documents.
We are not recommending this place if you looking to relax and some quiet room.

− Had an unpleasant incident with the receptionist, and I made a complaint. The duty manager Eric and the property management were quick to respond and rectified the situation immediately in an apologetic and professional manner, which I greatly appreciated. Understand that there are always isolated incidents but the way the management handled it was hugely impressive and lived up to the Hilton Group of Hotels reputation!
