5.0The location is good for our needs and what we do over there, it’s a good location.
− The place is getting a little run down for what the charge and it being a La Quinta. There are portions of the building including the room that are in real need of repair and remodel for La Quinta.
Nice place, worth the money spent.
8.0We absolutely love this place, this is the 3rd year that we have stayed at this same place. The staff is exceptional and my kids love the pool area!
− I only have one complaint, the magnetic key cards kept on getting demagnetized without them being close to anything.

1.0Nothing the bedrooms have pee stain. I got bit all over my grandson got bit all over. It was really sailing really sad. It was so noisy that nobody could sleep. There’s no double glazing. It should not be open really.
− The phone call all night long. The manager did not call me. I need to come back to the hotel because she was going to her lunch and when I was there, she could not sort it because the general manager was not there so I’ve been left with my family stranded and look for another place to rent it and we drove all the way from Salt Lake City Utah to California to La Quinta to have the worst night of our life

4.0Closeness to Legoland
− Closeness to busy highway. When we arrived and checked in they told us sorry but the only room available is the room closest to the highway and we always get complaints in this room that it is too noisy. (314) tomorrow we can switch you to a less noisy room since you are staying more than one night. Went the next morning to see if they could change us rooms because indeed it was too noisy. Told me they could not guarantee it and would and would give me call either way to let me know while I was out. We had even taken out all our things to allow for them to clean the room . Yet never got a call and when I called late afternoon the new shift said there were no notes I had requested a room change and therefore not possible. Very frustrating since our kids and ourselves were not able to get a good nights sleep for 2 nights
