As expected - Mr. Mahendra, Mr. Sumer, & Mr. Ayan Ji, Mr. Monu & Mr. Aslam made sure — the experience was next level. It was my wife birthday and the dinner experience exceeds the expectations. Taj Jai Mahal Palace Jaipur never dissapoints!!! Thank you Mahendra Ji & his team for organizing and making the evening really special for the wife & family! Highly recommended.

My stay at Jai Mahal Jaipur was truly memorable from beginning to end. The property strikes a beautiful balance between royal heritage and understated luxury. Walking through the lush gardens, elegant courtyards, and beautifully restored architecture feels like stepping into another era, yet every modern comfort is thoughtfully provided. What truly made this stay exceptional was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. A special thank you to the wonderful breakfast team—Nikita, Aslam Bhai, Tanishk, and Ayaan—who made every morning such a pleasure. Nikita’s incredibly sweet and warm personality stood out, Aslam Bhai’s genuine hospitality made us feel right at home, and Tanishk and Ayaan provided attentive, friendly service throughout. I’d also like to thank Devyani at the front desk, who was always courteous, helpful, and ready to assist with a smile. The rooms were spacious, impeccably maintained, and tastefully designed, while the food was excellent, especially the breakfast spread, which offered a wonderful variety of fresh and delicious options. Despite being located in the heart of Jaipur, the hotel feels like a peaceful oasis. The beautiful gardens, evening cultural performances, and timeless elegance make the entire experience truly special. Jai Mahal is far more than just a luxury hotel—it’s an experience defined by history, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality. I left with wonderful memories and would happily return on my next visit to Jaipur. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had been to Jai Mahal Palace in 2017 as part of company offsite and had really liked it. So we always had it in our mind to revisit there sometime. As things turned out, we chose to celebrate a very special occasion in our lives over there - our Daughter's first birthday! And It was such a wonderful experience! The quality of the hotel, the facilities, the picturesque property, wonderful food and above and beyond all - the absolutely fantastic hospitality of the the staff there! The team led by Gaurav and Hridayyyy went out of their way to make it a very memorable experience for us - organizing a celebration for our daughter, patiently clicking millions of photographs, attending to any of our requests spontaneously and above all else, the genuine warmth with which the entire staff in the hotel treated us. The team led by Surinder-ji had decorated the room for the birthday in a very tasteful manner. Devyani at the front desk helped us with everything throughout the celebrations. The team gave some very thoughtful and memorable gifts for our daughter. People generally say that kids below 1 year of age do not understand surprises - but we will vouch for the fact that its not at all true. Our daughter genuinely loved the gifts and there was a gleaming sparkle in her eyes - especially on seeing the sketch of her photograph! She barely let go that of that particular gift during our entire stay. Divya, Dashrath, Imran and the rest of the housekeeping staff were always around to cater to our requests (which were a few as we had invited some friends over for the birthday celebrations). A big thank you to the gentleman who drives the horse buggy. We loved his genuine concern for the horse above all else - something which is rare to see - and of course our daughter loved those rides. The food preparation for infants deserves special mention - it was a area we were a little uncertain about when going to the hotel and hence had carried cooking equipment for our daughter. However the hotel had food being prepared to suit the needs of infants and thus saved my wife a lot of effort which meant more time for her to relax and enjoy the stay. All in all, it was a such a wonderful experience that we decided to revisit the place each year for our daughter's birthday especially till she turns 5. As she grows older, she would be able to experience and appreciate all the different facilities at the hotel! So kudos to the entire team led by Gaurav and we hope to see you all again next year!

Wonderful experience at Jai Mahal Palace, Jaipur! The beautiful ambience, warm hospitality, and excellent service made our stay truly memorable. Baghi ride was lovely, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options. A special thanks to Pooja for her warm and attentive service—she made us feel genuinely welcomed. Highly recommended!

Had a wonderful stay at Jai Mahal Palace. The property is absolutely beautiful, the hospitality was warm, and every little detail made the experience special. A special thanks to Devyani for making everything so smooth and welcoming, and to Gaurav Thakur for his genuine hospitality and attention throughout our stay. We also loved dining at Marble Arch great food, beautiful ambiance, and impeccable service. Looking forward to coming back soon. Highly recommended!
