2.0The place looks and FEELS like a prison the moment you step into it. It has nothing to offer for the $123 that I paid for the night that I stayed. You just have a cheap bare floor, a creaking wooden desk, and an air conditioner that as loud as a large and nasty dump truck. On the bed there were 4 little pillows (1.5 foot each). When I kept them next to each other, they were very low. When I put them on top of each other, they did not offer much room for my head to move around and I kept waking up and adjusting them during the night. Now I have a terrible neck pain. We could hardly sleep from the extremely loud noise. The room has a little window that is of no use during the day or the night (because it overlooks the parking lot and the sun beats on it throughout the entire afternoon. The woman who checked us in was nasty, because we interrupted her from eating her dinner. Before booking, I called and asked if breakfast was included, and they confirmed that it was. However, the dining hall has been shut down for days, and they did not even offer a cup of orange juice (nada... nothing at all). In third world countries I stayed at cleaner and better hotels than this. If I had seen it before booking, I would not have booked it even it it was $20.
