Think I’ll stay elsewhere next time
5.0I loved the property it was nice location
− You couldn’t get in the pool it was green. So my kids couldn’t go swimming. Which is not a good thing when that’s what they wanted to do.
Big disappointment
4.0We arrived @330pm to our room not ready. Check in is 3pm. When we came into our room it was obvious that there had been a rush job on the cleaning. There was toothpaste all over the sink and faucet from previous guests. Behind the bathroom door was a considerable amount of dirt in the corners. One reason we booked here was for our grandson to be able to use the pool the day of check-in & following morning but the the pool was nasty. This was a huge dis.appointment. The beds were comfortable.

− Our sink was clogged and staff didn’t fix it, I had to. Also they didn’t tidy our room

5.0− The room had not been cleaned well. There was a razor guard on the floor next to the AC unit and there was hair on the comforter. The only toilet paper was what was on the holder and we ran out.

5 star stay and great location!
10.0We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn Express on St. Simons! The location is perfect — just steps from great restaurants, lively bars, and the beautiful pier. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. My 10-year-old and I especially loved the breakfast — the coffee was excellent and the hot options hit the spot every morning. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back and rent bikes to explore more of the island next time. Highly recommend!
