− Ran out of towels. Was told “we don’t have any more towels.” Housekeeping had already taken the used towels, so couldn’t reuse them, leaving us one towel for two people. No offer of anything. Just, “sorry”, “no more towels”.

8.0The location was great - right across from Walmart and various restaurant options. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good with hot food options.
− We asked for towels in the pool area, and the person at the desk complained to us about his difficulty getting hotel workers to do their job. He did immediately bring us towels, though.
