The staff was great!
8.0Staff was friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, recently renovated, black out curtains were great. Breakfast was standard, coffee was above average for a hotel.
− There was a hole and previous water leak in the top of our shower that was never repaired.
Overall a good experience
9.0The GM was so kind, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable.
− Not sure if the pool is supposed to be heated but it was very cold, and cloudy. My kids wanted to swim so that was a bummer. Breakfast was also burnt twice during our stay.
