10.0Everything was very very nice….it was clean the room was nice. I was very impressed.
− The tub could be upgraded or turned into a standing shower but other than that, it was great!
Will not stay here again, poor customer service and false expectations
4.0I like that the rooms were clean.
− We asked for clean tiles from a housekeeper who was working on our floor.We saw her leave for the day and no one brought us tiles so we had to go ask the front desk clerk. The website stated there was a restaurant on site that served breakfast but according to staff at front desk, they decided not to show, so we had to go elsewhere for breakfast.

The property did not meet my expectations.

− The facility is in need of repairs and upgrades. I was disappointed in the room because it looked like it was under construction or that who ever renovated the room had no idea. The tub was worn. There were roaches in my room. My list could go on forever.
