It was clean * roomy enough.
5.0− They didnt provide enough food at one time. Only brought out small amount of eggs at a time. Guests had to wait. The juice didnt have much taste, kind of watery. The hot tub wasn't working & the pool was very cold. Person that slept in front room didnt have air Maybe provide a fan.

− The floor wasn't vacuumed,no tissue in the bathroom,the fridge wasn't working. We had to switch to a room next door than spiders on the ceiling in the 2nd room.
Nice place
10.0Nice room, friendly staff. Hotel is clean and a great price. Pool is nice and clean too. Would stay again. Breakfast is okay. Good coffee with lots of flavor options. Our king bed was very comfortable
Disappointing Stay
4.0Our U17 team stayed here for a tournament weekend, and unfortunately our experience was disappointing. Our room had a very strong musty, damp smell from the moment we walked in. The humidity was so high that our clothes became damp just from sitting in the room. Even though we ran the air conditioning . Although the hotel advertises itself as 100% smoke-free, several rooms in our group’s block smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and marijuana. The bathroom also wasn’t cleaned to an acceptable standard. I had to clean it myself to remove someone else’s hair and dirt before we could use it. The water pressure was very low. The mini fridge was Dirty and literally fell out of its area when you opened it . Others in our group had fridges that were completely frozen solid and unusable. The T.V kept cutting in and out l. And the remotes- all the bottoms don’t work. The pool looked dirty and uninviting, so none of our group used it—not even the younger kids, who were excited to swim. The fitness centre was also very minimal and offered little in terms of equipment. During our stay, there were several disturbances around the property, including a police arrest in the parking lot on Saturday morning. There also appeared to be guests staying at the hotel who were experiencing difficult circumstances, which contributed to an atmosphere that didn’t feel comfortable for families travelling with youth athletes. The front desk staff were often difficult to find, and when they were available, the service was not particularly friendly or welcoming. The only reason I’m giving this hotel 2 stars instead of 1 is because the complimentary breakfast was excellent. There was a great selection of fresh, tasty food each morning, and the breakfast staff did a wonderful job.
