− THERE WAS NO FRESH FRUIT. THE COFFEE WAS WEAK.
good location, convenient for Valley Fair and Mystic Lake ampitheater, poor quality hotel
3.0The front desk guy was helpful and friendly, the location was convenient.
− We were originally put in "the dog room" which evidently is the room they use when people bring pets. It stunk so bad like pee, we walked out of the room immediately and asked to switch rooms. The front desk guy switched us to a double queen. The sink there was clogged so we had to brush our teeth using the tub. The tub was so gross and dirty that neither of us showered at the hotel.

9.0Breakfast was nice. Staff went out of their way to accommodate. Very happy with especially the lady at counter, and bryan.
