2.0I check in an someone enter my room with a key around 4:30pm. I couldn't understand his language or why he was there he look around left out and brought towels back in. No fresh towels or house keeping next day. No phone cord to phone to call front desk. No breakfast at all. Coffee cold and months old. I really was uncomfortable to i checked out at 10:30 Saturday night instead of Sunday.

8.0It's always disconcerting when you check in & there's a can of Raid in the window. Not good.

2.0Service was horrible. Arrived at 9:30pm to check in with my reservation and there were no rooms available that were still waiting to be cleaned. Finally got into a room about 10:30pm but it wasn’t the room that I originally booked. Had to settle for a double bed non smoking instead of the king smoking room that I had reserved.
