2.0The bed was hard as concrete. The “continental breakfast “ was toast, bagels and coffee, no juice or waffles. The toilet only flushed half of the time. No ice machine. The sofa sank down extremely low when you sit on it. Would not recommend.

4.0When I got here I stood at the front desk for 5 to 8 minutes calling out asking if anybody was here and no one replied. So I called and then the front desk person came to answer the phone and saw they had a customer. He was busy painting. I would think the front desk person should be at the front desk. The lobby is in a state of disarray because of repairs they're making. As soon as I walked in the hotel I smelled mildew and musky smell. It was especially bad in my room. I kept spraying perfume to hide the odor. If I did not have a non-refundable reservation I would have turned around and left as soon as I walked through the front door.
