10.0Loved the property and the location was great. Loved that they had van transportation. The only complaints are that I wish the property had more activities planned for guests and the suite we were in, in the double queen room, the room never got below 78 degrees but the rest of the suite was freezing.

10.0Another great Marriott, super clean and spacious with the comforts we needed to finish out a long trip (e.g. hot tub, laundry, kitchen). Friendly staff and convenient to the forest reserve.

8.0The pool heater was not working. We went to Marriot Monarch's pool and that was cold too. The housekeeper was sitting outside our room from 9am until 10am when we left.

10.0Simply Amazing! As as soon as we walked into our room & inspected it, we concurred with the "Excellent Rating". The woman at check-in provided a glimpse of things to come. She didn't just text or email us. She provided in depth instructions regarding office hours that might impact our check-in. First Impressions 4🌟
