− Wished the rocking chairs on the balcony were under cover. Couldn’t use due to rain.

8.0The suite was clean and spacious. The location is perfect with easy walking distance to nearby restaurants and shops.
− The pullout sofa was incredibly uncomfortable with very little cushion in the mattress. We had to ask for fresh towels (which I had been told) and the staff didn't replace bath soap or hand soap or the coffees for the in-room Keurig. The office is supposedly open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM but was often closed. The lobby where they encourage you to "enjoy a cup of coffee" was not open the entire week long stay.
