− Elevator broke Electrical outlet broke Extension cord ran from one side of room to opposite side and held down with duct tape. A possible fire hazard Entry to property and exit was pain requiring a ticket to enter & scan ticket to exit without clear instructions
Fair facilities with odd happenings.
5.0I like the fact that it was convenient to everything. I liked that it was gated so that a ticket was necessary to enter and leave. I liked that it was relatively clean.
− 1. They could not find my reservation. I had to pull up my information on my phone to prove I had a reservation. 2. I was not told that you have to ask for house cleaning at the end of my stay. No one told me. 3. The bed/mattress has a large dip in it. 4. Downstairs I wanted to change one of the big tvs and was told that a customer broke the remote. No one came to fix it or change it 5 At the end of the stay there was a note on the door saying that technicians were coming by early to change the cable. Sorry if I were planning on sleeping in and for the inconvenience
