Great for a short stay; convenient to I-81
8.0The hotel has been undergoing a remodel. We had a room that had been redone and and they finally had a flat screen TV. Everything appeared quite fresh compared to previous visits.
− The breakfast was lacking. The coffee was just hot brown water -- no flavor at all. Nothing special -- just dry and flat "food".
I will definitely choose Best Western for any future hotel needs. You have gone above and beyond.

− With the change in TV system, a brief card in the room would have been helpful in how to use the new system. However, the front desk was able to give me the direction I needed.

2.0This hotel doesn’t have an elevator for the second floor. Be prepared for stairs that are outside. Room issues: No hot water in the shower, phone in room didn’t work and there wasn’t soap in the dispenser at the sink. The plug next to the bed didn’t work and the ice machine in the hall wasn’t working on the second floor. I tried to call the office from my phone and it rang about 20 times before I gave up and walked to the front desk. The staff was very helpful and did give us a discount for our overnight stay and a bar of soap. The hot water wasn’t fixed before we left the next day. On the positive side, the breakfast provided was good and the air conditioner worked great.
